What I Do
I believe in being your Overall Best Self!
That means being honest with yourself, but also being kind. I believe in listening to our bodies, and giving them what they need. A balance between strong consistency and little TLC; while not forgetting that there’s more than one area of fitness!
Affirmations, Pep Talks, Personal Stories, Goal Setting, Scripture, and Squats!
My sessions are the True Definition of a FULL Mind-Body-Soul Workout, with each week curated around a new theme! With modification and challenges for each part of the workout, you’re sure to find your fit and have fun doing so!

Mental
We start by learning about the theme, connecting it to our everyday lives, thoughts and situations.

Physical
Tying it all together, we engage in a dance/zumba-like, stretch/warmup and workout with lots of cardio, and strategic focus on our targeted areas!

Spiritual
We then connect it to scripture; showing not that God is and always will be relevant, but to remind us we have the proper tools to journey through life and reach our goals
